  • Digital Products: Templates, files, and downloads are provided "as-is" and are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the provided files (e.g., Canva or design software requirements).

3. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing times for ready-to-wear wigs are typically 2-5 business days, while custom wigs may take up to 14-21 business days.
  • Shipping timelines are provided as estimates and are subject to potential delays outside of our control, such as courier issues or weather conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate. The Wig Print is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.

  • Warranty services are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping fees to send wigs for maintenance or replacements.
