At The Wig Print, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you’re thrilled with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, please carefully review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Custom Wigs and Ready-to-Wear Wigs
All wig sales are final due to hygiene and customization standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs unless there is a manufacturing defect. -
Digital Products
Digital downloads, templates, and other electronic files are non-refundable as they are instantly accessible after purchase.
2. Manufacturing Defects (Wigs)
If you believe your wig has a defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at thewigprintt@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos of the product.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Note: Minor differences in color, texture, or styling are not considered defects, as wigs are hand-crafted and unique.
3. Refunds for Digital Products
Refunds for digital products will only be issued if:
- The file was not delivered correctly.
- A technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the file, and we are unable to resolve it.

4. Canceling Orders
- Custom Wig Orders: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are ordered, and cancellations are not permitted.
- Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Cancellations are allowed only before the item has been shipped.
5. Warranty Coverage
Our wigs are backed by a 5-Year Warranty, which includes:
- One Free Closure/Frontal Replacement
- One Free Revamp Service (Wash, Deep Condition, Restyle)
For warranty claims, email us at thewigprintt@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the wig. Warranty services are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending wigs back for maintenance or warranty services. Return shipping is free.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Hair care products, accessories, or tools.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as "Final Sale."
8. Processing Time for Refunds
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
