Your The Wig Print unit is crafted to last 4–5 years (or longer) with proper care. Each wig includes our Lace Life Guarantee, giving you:
2 FREE lace replacements within 6 months of delivery.
After that, replacements are available for $250 each.
✅ What’s Covered:
- Balding or thinning lace
- Shedding from normal wear
- Small tears near the hairline or closure edge
📅 Warranty Terms:
- 🗓️ Valid for 6 months from delivery date
- 🔁 1 lace replacement every 90 days (max 2 free)
- 💌 Turnaround: 7–14 business days after wig is received
- ⚠️ Original unit must be returned in wearable condition

🚫 Not Covered:
- Burned, over-bleached, or glue-damaged lace
- Lace cut too far back or wigs altered beyond repair
- Wigs not purchased from TheWigPrint.com
🔐 Anti-Abuse Policy:
- Warranty is activated only after registration
- Wig photos are required for proof of original condition
- Any attempt to send a different wig or tampered unit = voided warranty

- Submit your order number, name, and email
- Upload 2 clear photos:
- Lace/front of wig (new)
- Full wig shot
- Must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Receive your Lace Life Guarantee confirmation via email
📩 Lace Replacement Requests:

- Upload current photos of your lace + order number
- Ship your unit using our label or your own
- Get your refreshed unit back in 7–14 business days
