At The Wig Print, we aim to provide timely and secure delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping policies to ensure a smooth process.


1. Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom Wigs: Orders are processed within 14-21 business days, as each wig is handmade to order. We recommend ordering at least 30 days in advance if you need your wig for a specific event.
  • Digital Products: These are delivered instantly via email or your online account upon successful payment.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.


2. Shipping Methods and Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days after processing.
    • International: 7-14 business days after processing.

Please note that international orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at thewigprintt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues).

7. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.

8. Free Return Shipping for Warranty Services

  • If you send a wig for warranty services (such as frontal/closure replacement or a revamp), return shipping to you is free. Customers are only responsible for the cost of shipping the wig to us.
